Ray Prudhome grew up in a military family which involved moving a lot and experiencing many different places. He has a Bachelor of Science and a Master in Business Education, and devoted his life to a career in health care. He is a Signature Member New Mexico Watercolor Society but in addition to painting also writes poetry, stories and completed several novels.
Painting with watercolor is like taking a bite out of a chocolate cupcake with coconut icing. The different flavors just melt together in your mouth like a rainbow. Today I may paint what I feel. Tomorrow I may paint what I see. The next day – what I hear. To me, being an artist means that each day is another step towards self-discovery. I live each day as if it were my last.
