I love creating kinetic sculptures and consider myself unbelievably fortunate to not only have found my calling, but to be able to pursue my passion as career.
Before I became a working artist I worked in biomedical research, and my scientific training fundamentally informs my art. Over a decade of PhD-level research training left me capable of experiencing the universe with a correspondingly deep appreciation of its physical laws. As a result, every object I build reflect the deep wonder I feel when contemplating the vastness of the universe, the complexity of its underlying physical laws and the profound joy and gratitude I feel to experience the window of sentience I currently enjoy.
