Linda Walters began her designing career after working in Corporate America for many years in Human Resources and Training and Development. She began her new career 20 years ago designing one-of-a-kind fashions, which had been an avocation for many years.
As time progressed, the use of textiles and fibers in a variety of ways expanded into hand dyeing fabrics using a variety of techniques which included shibori. She then moved on to using a variety of techniques like felting with multiple fibers, quilting, embroidery, appliqué and adding other mixed media items in creating wall art. The focus on wall art enables the sharing of her love of nature and humanity and how we are all connected.
Another passion is teaching and sharing a variety of techniques with fiber and textiles, and especially encouraging and helping others to unleash their creativity.
